FRENCH CONNECTION

Based on a true story... Heroin made its way into the states via France from the 1930s to 1970s (the first heroin lab was discovered in Marsielle in 1937)... The french would produce, then ship the shit in by the boatloads... Funny thing is that the the heroin seized in one of the raids of the Connection was stored in the NYPD's Property Clerk building @ 400 Broome Street... aka my dorm hahaha...and the 400 lbs of heroin and cocaine were stolen from this same spot, a big corrupt NYPD mystery...crooked coppers...Anyway the movie is a little long and 70s( a lotta dialogue) but the action scenes are alrite, a must see classic if you havent seen it already...it tracks two cops trying to bust the connection. Peep it
